Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ healthcare and logistics clients
- Process real-time candidate dispatching during peak night shift hours (10PM-6AM)
- Manage emergency staffing requests with 15-minute response time
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific night shift regulations
- Oversee onboarding for 20+ night shift workers weekly
- Generate daily staffing analytics and performance reports
- Act as primary contact for overnight client emergencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven night shift management or coordination background
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with healthcare or logistics staffing preferred
