Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for incoming job applicants during the night shift.
- Screen and review resumes to identify candidates matching client requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new temporary staff members.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule shifts and manage workforce allocation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks related to payroll verification and timekeeping.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field a plus.
