Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for specific job orders.
- Coordinating and scheduling in-person or video interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Managing candidate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver exceptional staffing solutions.
- Updating candidate and client data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (experience in a staffing agency is highly preferred).
- Proven ability to source candidates and manage the full life cycle of recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
