Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand technical needs.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure timely placements.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of placing high-level technical talent (Software, IT, Engineering).
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven agency environment.
