Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for night shift positions in manufacturing, logistics, and administrative roles.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and reference verification for all candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new temporary and direct-hire employees.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and meet strict deadlines.
- Reliable transportation is required.
