Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various industries.
- Night Operations: Oversee high-volume candidate intake and scheduling during evening hours to ensure 24/7 coverage for our clients.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Relations: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the initial onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends in El Paso to identify top talent pools and competitive compensation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
