Frontier Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Night Shift Recruiter to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado. We specialize in connecting top talent with leading industries, and we need a reliable partner to manage our evening operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work outside the traditional 9-to-5 grind while making a significant impact on our workforce.
In this position, you will be the face of our staffing agency during the night hours, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and facilitating the placement process for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, social media, and networking during evening hours.
- Conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating interviews and onboarding schedules with clients and candidates.
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and pipeline management.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local Denver businesses to generate night shift placements.
- Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is required.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or similar) with a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
