Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions using LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to determine candidate fit.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for successful hires to ensure a seamless start.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
