Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement with 24-hour SLAs
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Drive client satisfaction through transparent communication and follow-up processes
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments
- Expert knowledge of Dallas talent market and industry-specific recruitment
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Relevant certifications (CPSM, CSP) preferred
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer acceptance
