Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via various channels including social media and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
