Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations during the night shift to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with day-shift teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues independently without direct supervision.
- Conduct quality control checks on products and services before they leave the facility.
- Report equipment malfunctions or facility hazards to management immediately.
- Assist in training and mentoring new temporary staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar operational or warehouse role preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
