Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and network access protocols
- Deploy and maintain office productivity suites and security tools
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing
- Support end-users via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices across organizational devices
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
