Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Packaging: Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
