Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers to ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless inventory transitions during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
