Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks with merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes, verify stock quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Packaging: Prepare and pack customer orders for local distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Communication: Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely task completion.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the San Diego location.
