Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and labeling orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments for damages or shortages before processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
