Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- No prior warehouse experience required; full training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (Excel, email).
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
