Responsibilities
- Manage and post job openings across various job boards and our proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, logistics, and onsite visits for hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking and sourcing.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to the Sales Director regarding hiring pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in the Oakland, CA or Bay Area market is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
