Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening of candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key clients in the DC government and corporate sectors.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve placement rates.
- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contingency or retained staffing recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly placement goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Access to a vehicle is preferred for client visits in the DC area.
