- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions using advanced recruitment tools
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bay Area employers and job seekers
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement of qualified professionals
- Utilize ATS systems to track applications and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies for Oakland's job market
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in placing candidates in part-time roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Deep understanding of Oakland's job market and industry trends
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
