Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Phoenix
- Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to match talent with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with team to fill temporary, contract, and part-time positions
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work 20-25 hours per week (weekdays)
