Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct detailed phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system and update candidate pipelines regularly
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions in North Carolina
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local labor markets and industry sectors in NC
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
