Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments for role-fit alignment
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in our ATS system
- Represent our agency at industry networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record in high-volume placements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Portland market knowledge preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
