Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and ATS systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to fill hard-to-fill positions
- Track KPIs including placement rates and time-to-fill metrics
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at industry networking events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of 15+ placements in the last 12 months
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
