- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026+ market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and emerging consumer behaviors
- Design scenario-planning models for high-impact industries (AI, biotech, sustainability, quantum computing)
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate future intelligence into innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on future trends
- Integrate ethical foresight frameworks into all strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial growth initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision projects
