Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design and execute pilot programs for futuristic solutions in partnership with MIT, Stanford, and NASA
- Present strategic forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology foresight
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants from NSF or DARPA
