Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech convergence, or sustainable systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds and corporate partnerships
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CIMP) or equivalent
