Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market landscapes
- Design and lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops to transform foresight into actionable product development pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) for commercialization potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Champion a culture of innovation by embedding future-thinking into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
