Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an innovation radar system tracking 200+ emerging signals
- Partner with R&D to align product roadmaps with future opportunity spaces
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption
- MBA or advanced degree in strategic management, economics, or futures studies
