Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technological and societal inflection points
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across industries
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof solutions
- Author whitepapers and frameworks on exponential technologies
- Advise executive leadership on innovation portfolio allocation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex futures scenarios into actionable business strategies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record mapping exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional ability to synthesize disparate data into coherent future narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Proficiency in scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
