Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts with rapid iteration cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven impact analyses
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across all departments
- Oversee the development of innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning abilities with systems thinking
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or published futurist work
