Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or innovation frameworks
