Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee incubation of emerging tech initiatives (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Create thought leadership content including whitepapers and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: AI, Web3, quantum computing, sustainable tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives and future-focused projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
