Responsibilities

- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with measurable ROI metrics

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
