Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to capture emerging opportunities
- Drive organizational culture of future-readiness through thought leadership and internal education programs
- Quantify long-term market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, AI ethics, etc.) and their business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation and storytelling abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies or future strategy
