Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning for 2026+ market landscapes and technological disruptions
- Develop predictive frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and foresight methodologies
- Design strategic roadmaps for client organizations navigating exponential change
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and innovation boards
- Build and lead a global network of futurist practitioners and academic partners
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms and their societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario development and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, SFI) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping projects
