Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, translating future insights into competitive advantages
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks that integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to the board and key stakeholders
- Champion experimental innovation projects with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Author thought leadership content published in top-tier industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Portfolio showcasing successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or related advanced credentials
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in remote/hybrid environments
