Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using quantum and neurotech
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, SFI) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in global markets
