As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate foresight into actionable strategies. You'll leverage data-driven insights, scenario planning, and cross-industry analysis to drive breakthrough initiatives that redefine markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) highly desirable
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
