- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive innovation trends
- Mentor internal talent in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
