Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' identifying breakthrough technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary AI trend-forecasting tools
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, neuro-interfaces)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 impact
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technologies or societal megatrends
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Track record of launching products/services with >$1B market impact
- Proficiency in AI trend-analysis tools (GPT-4, Trend Hunter, Palantir)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
