Role Overview
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying disruptive technologies, analyzing market shifts, and crafting a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring our innovation pipeline remains robust and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovations that will drive business growth.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their viability for implementation.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level strategic vision into actionable technical requirements.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to prioritize the innovation backlog.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify threats and opportunities.
- Present complex strategic concepts to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including but not limited to AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
