As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll collaborate with global R&D labs, product development units, and venture capital partners to identify and scale disruptive technologies. You'll influence multi-billion-dollar decisions while mentoring cross-functional teams to embrace cutting-edge methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop ROI frameworks and risk assessments for emerging technology investments
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation methodologies across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces, or Climate Tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from Millennium Project or TechCast)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
