Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical strategy for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and strategists to deliver complex projects on time.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Identify and assess emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum computing) for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards for next-gen data systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives effectively.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and R&D projects focused on future-proofing our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and technology leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and AI integration.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale technical teams and manage cross-departmental projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability and innovation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
