Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for climate resilience, AI governance, and space commercialization
- Design ethical blueprints for quantum computing and biotechnology adoption
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summits featuring global thought leaders
- Produce actionable white papers on metaverse economics and decentralized governance
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Visionary Incubator' program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Transdisciplinary Innovation
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
