Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap and innovation strategy.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Manage a budget for R&D, technology acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, IT Management, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of implementing innovative technologies in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant technical degree (Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred).
