What You'll Do:
• Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary algorithms for 2026 market readiness.
• Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI models and infrastructure.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, including data engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct performance tuning and scalability testing for high-traffic systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
- Document technical architecture and provide clear guidance to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
