Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2025-2026, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology disruption risks/opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track ROI on experimental technologies
- Author thought leadership content on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain 3.0, or biotech convergence
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with technology impact assessment frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio of published tech foresight research or patents
