Responsibilities

- Conduct foresight research on emerging technologies and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic technology proposals to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and academic collaborations
- Ensure ethical implementation of advanced technologies with sustainability focus
- Mentor talent in emerging tech domains while fostering a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or IoT ecosystems with published research
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong background in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption frameworks
- Track record of securing multi-million innovation budgets and driving ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
