Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions using advanced recruiting techniques
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven track record in staffing agency or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of local El Paso job market and industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency strongly preferred
